Pre-Sell Items
All pre-sell items are shipped within 5 business day from the the products release date.  Due to the unreliability of scheduled release dates, in addition to supplier and carrier issues, we cannot guarantee a specific ship day or delivery date.  You will receive your product within 10 business days of product release, or you may request a refund.  Please contact us via phone for any questions regarding pre-order shipments. 

Shipping Services
Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority. We can ship FedEx Ground upon request. Both forms of shipping utilize tracking and delivery confirmation. This protects you and JB's Sports Cards. If you desire special handling or expedited service, please contact us and we will arrange custom shipping options.

Where we Ship?
Our standard shipping includes shipment to the Continental United States. Outside of the United States please contact us and we can arrange additional shipping options. Additional Charges May Apply.

*All merchandise will be shipped only to the individual making the purchase at the address listed on the credit card. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Damage or Loss
JB's Sports Cards is not responsible for damages to the product or loss of the product by the carrier. If merchandise is damaged in shipment or is lost in shipment, you (the purchaser) must contact the shipper.  If you wish to purchase insurance on your shipment, please contact us via phone prior to shipment notification and we will be glad to provide you a quote. 

Our staff uses great care in preparing/packaging merchandise for shipping. We want to insure your merchandise arrives undamaged. Our goal is to get your order in the mail within 1 to 2 business days of your order, however due to unexpected delays by shipping carriers and delays by our product distribution network, we cannot guarantee any specific time frame for delivery. Any delay in getting your products to the shipping carriers will be communicated as soon as we are notified.

Return Charges

If your return is approved, JB's Sports Cards will send you a return shipping label free of charge. You will then need to pack items back up and ship to us for a return and or refund.
